Q. What type of payment do you take?
A. Currently we accept the following methods of payment:

Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Debit Card:  Any debit card with the Mastercard and Visa logo

Paypal
:  Pay directly with your paypal acount



Payment types we don't accept:

- Procurement and private label credit cards

- Gift cards (include Visa and Mastercard)


  
Q. How long does it take for my order to get processed?
A. Each order is processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed.
  
Q. Will I be charged sales tax?
A. Any customer that has a shipping address in the state of California will be charged sales tax.
  
Q. I need to cancel my order.
A. Please email support at Magiconabudget@gmail.com. As long as the order hasn't shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If the order has already shipped, please see the FAQ below "I would like to return my order."
  
Q. I would like to return my order.
A. Any product may be returned within 7 business days as long as the following conditions are met.

1. The order is returned is in the same condition as it was shipped.

2. The order is returned within 7 business days of receipt of the order.

3. A return order form is filled out and included with the return order.

A. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.  Below is a  list of the shipping options we offer:

Promotional Flat Rate (USPS First Class):

$1.30: Available for any order under 4 cards (Coming Soon)*

$1.99: Available for any order under 100 cards

$2.99: Available for any order under 200 cards



Priority Mail: Provides a flat rate for all shipments regardless of where you live, and is the most cost efficient way to ship orders of 200 cards or more.

$5.20:    Flat Rate Envelope and Small Flat Rate Box

$10.50:  Medium Flate Rate Box



Express Mail: 18.30

Express Mail is a money-back guaranteed overnight to 2-day service that includes tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance coverage up to $100. Express mail is the fastest way to receive your order.

Note: Express Mail will require customer signature upon delivery. If don't want this option please include so in the special Instructions box on the previous page.

Note: Due to Wotc policies we can't ship sealed product overseas. So unfortunately our free pack for a purchase of $50 or more is not applicable for international orders. We will be implementing a different promotion for international customers.










  
Q. Do you share mailing lists?
A. No, our company will not ever sell, trade, or share our mailing list.
  
Q. I can't find the card I'm looking for?
A. Couple suggestions for searching for cards on our site:

- Double check the spelling of the card you are searching.
- Try searching for the card under different parameters.
- Card still not coming up? Try emailing our support team at magiconabudget@gmail.com and we will help you find the card you are looking for.
  
Q. What does the Style NM mean?
A. Style refers to the condition of the card being sold.

Near Mint (NM) - A card that has minor scratches and/or slight whitening on up to two edges.

Excellent (EX) - A played card with whitening on the edges.

Good (GD) - A heavily played card, with lots of edge marks and whitening on the back.

Currently all cards in stock at Magic on budget are mint or near mint (NM), and have never been played.
  
Q. What do I do if there was a mistake in my order?
A. Mistakes do happen, and although we strive to not make any, we also try and fix them as quickly as possible.

Q. My package was damaged during shipping what do I do?
A. Please go to the link below and file an insurance claim:

As soon as this form is submitted we will request the package be returned and a replacement order will be issued as soon as possible.

Q. Why is my Zip Code Incorrect when I create an Account?
A. We are having issues with international zip codes/postal codes.  Currently you can't enter Letters in this field.  We are having our programer look into the error. 



In the mean time if you would like to create an account please do the following



1. Enter 111 as your postal code (or any combination of Numbers).

2. During checkout you can enter your correct postal code:

    A.  Enter a new shipping address this screen will allow postal codes with letters in them.

    B.  Include a note in the special instrucitons box with the correct postal code.
